Yes, what I said back then, the words written down are important, but…

Yes, what I said back then, the words that were written down, they’re important, they’re a foundation – much like the words you and your partner spoke when you first met are one of the foundations of your relationship. But to grow your relationship requires new words, spoken back and forth. Our relationship needs that too.

Why are you telling me this? 

To help those who think that what is written is all I can be bothered saying to them.

That’d be a sad life.

Yes, very sad, but there are others too.

Who?

Those who recognise I kept on speaking after the things that were written down, yet seldom hear me speak because they think they are undeserving – and, finally, those who know that’s also a lie, but don’t know how to hear me speak in clear sentences and paragraphs.
